All students attending the Birmingham City Schools must have a pre-registration ticket from the Student Registration
Center in order to be enrolled for the 2005-2006 school year. In addition, students must attend their zoned school or
have an approved transfer for the 2005-2006 school year.
In order to assist you in pre-registering students, the Student Registration Center located in Room 101 of the Davis
Center (417 29th Street South) will be open throughout the summer. The dates for Woodlawn High to register are August 8-
August 10. We ask that you pre-register your students during this assigned time or as soon as possible in order to avoid
long lines in late summer. (For currently enrolled students, the deadline is August 13, 2005)
The following documentation is required in oreder to complete the Pre-Registration Process:
- Residence verification documents (Lease, deed, or tax card, and two utility bills in parent/guardians
- Photo ID of parent/guardian registering the student (If guardian, legal documents are required.)
You will recieve a Registration Form to complete when you arrive at the Center. Registration hours are 8:00 a.m. until
4:00 p.m. There will be extended hours during peak periods-please call for these dates(231-7986). Please note: All students
should be registered prior to August 13, 2005.
